They are my pride and joy. I love them so much!! I struggle with anxiety and emotional regulation. I like to spend a lot of time alone. Sometimes it’s hard for me to connect, but plants show me I have the capability to connect with the world and they ground me.

In order (for anyone interested)
1. Pink Princess Philodendron: I keep her in a cabinet that has on average 65% humidity. I water when her leaves are super droopy. She receives natural southwestern light and LED light from grow lights. I keep my grow lights on maybe a max 6 hours per day.
2. Jewel Orchid (aboectochilus roxburghii): same conditions as the pink philo except I keep the moss constantly damp.
3. Monstera Laniata Mint
4. There’s an albo monstera and peperomia cupid in that pic next to each other. These are not in the cabinet. They mostly receive natural light. I have a grow lamp pointed at them, but that’s only on 1-2 hours per day. They are both acclimated to household humidity. Mine is around 40-50%.
5. Scindapsus rubicon
6. Philodendron Verrucosum: also kept outside the cabinet
7. My thai constellation grew its first leaf with fenestrations!!
8. Variegated micans: This plant has been an experiment for me. I got it for $20, I think, and it has grown 4 new leaves. It’s different.
9. Alocasia Pink Bambino: she has since lost a few leaves and has been potted in a chunky mix. But this was the best pic I got and she’s still a stunna.
10. Lightning Jewel orchid: really striking. I have a soft spot for orchids. This one is kept in an open terrarium outside the cabinet in a giant northeast facing window. I occasionally pour water on it lol. It’s grown a lot since this picture with many, many leaves, but this pic shows the leaves the best. I tried to create an environment where it can feel like it’s on the forest floor. I’d say it’s in 45-55% humidity.
11. Strawberry Shake philodendron: I’ve posted this one before somewhere on Reddit. It’s growing in water still, but hasn’t grown any new leaves in a while. I’ll probably consider potting it soon. It’s very pink in person, but I think that’s from burning it in the east sunlight. Whoops. Still a cool plant!

Eternally grateful for this community. Show me some of your plants!!

They are beautiful. They do not look the same, but they are all variegated.

Snorted so hard that rum and coke just shot out my nose! Yep, they’re all the same, especially the first one which is definitely super “the same,” so you really should send it to me.😄

I love the jewels. I have the macodes petola (lightning) and have been wanting the anoectochilus roxburghii. The only ones I’ve seen for sale are the roxburghii gold, but yours is gorgeous. It’s got more pink than yellow/ gold.
